What to Expect

Be ready for convenient pickup at your hotel. Meet your dedicated guide and climb into a private, air-conditioned vehicle for the ride to Dunn's River Falls. 

Once you arrive, you can hang out at the beach near the bottom or climb the 600-foot (183-meter) falls, resting and cooling off in the terraced pools along the way. You'll be accompanied by an onsite falls guide to ensure your safety and comfort. 

River Tubing
In this excursion, you will start with a scenic drive through the natural and pristine beauty of Jamaica. Your guide will take you through green hills and show you the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. Once at the White River, you may choose between tubing or rafting along the lush greenery. After your relaxing time drifting down the White River, you will end your day by enjoying some of Jamaica's traditional dishes, and exploring local shops.
Ocho Rios is located in St. Ann's Parish and is known for its stunning beaches. This small Ocho Rios Highlight Tour lets you advantage of these striking water sights with tubing or rafting along the on of Ocho Rios' rivers.  Your tour guide will either meet you once you dock at the Port of Ocho Rios, or pick you up from your hotel. The tour begins with a scenic drive through the hills and rainforest of Jamaica. Enjoy the up close view of Jamaica’s lush greenery from a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle.  Choose to experience the tropical greenery and lush scenery along the White River either by tubing or rafting down. Work up an appetite in the water and then settle in for lunch served at one of the local Jamaican park centers. Dine on jerk chicken or pork, or vegetarian options as well. Take your time after eating to tour around the local shops and pick out some must-have souvenirs. Soak in the best of Jamaica before heading back to your tour guide for a ride back to your hotel or port.

Blue Hole

 

Once you see the water, you’ll have nothing on your mind except jumping in. Now, I’m far from being the bravest soul out there. I don’t just go around jumping into pools of water without knowing what’s in it. But there’s something about how blue and clean this part of the river is that makes it inviting.

To get in, you have a few options. You can jump in from a point that’s about 6 feet above the water, or for you athletic folks, there’s a rope you can grab on to, and swing in like Tarzan. You can also climb down the rocks if you don’t feel like jumping but I recommend you jump. Once your toes feel how cold the water really is, the rest of your body will refuse to follow. Just jump in and get it over with.

Horse back
